We introduced Master Carlo, a character inspired by an in-game avatar and positioned as the “cool senior” every player wants to emulate. Through Carlo, we broke down the BGMI menu in an accessible, entertaining way, while naturally highlighting features and in-game items. This made the learning intuitive, and the aspiration embedded in his persona effectively nudged players toward exploring in-game purchases. 10 Episodes 7-9 minutes each
